I ordered Life Amulets (Joy and Relaxation) from Mai (Mai da Paypay) and Glenda (Oodles of Goodles). Smells wonderful.
Sometimes, we put essense of eucalyptus on cotton balls and leave it beside the bed table. Very relaxing too.
